The Manual Crock Meter is an essential textile testing instrument used to evaluate the color fastness to rubbing (crocking) of fabrics, textiles, and leather. It determines how much color transfers from a material when rubbed under controlled pressure, ensuring high-quality dyeing and finishing processes.

➢ This apparatus is designed for assessing the ‘color fastness to rubbing’ of various fabrics,yarns, and garments in accordance with ISO, European, and AATCC standards.
➢ Every component is manufactured using mild steel and chrome-plated to ensure extended durability and smooth, trouble-free operations.
➢ Under standardized testing conditions, the test specimen undergoes rubbing against a standard adjacent fabric.
➢ Following the test, the specimen is assessed and rated using a grey scale, with a finger diameter of 16mm for apparel fabrics and 25mm for furnishing fabrics.
